Research On Fats
Research on dietary fat has up until lately been skewed toward the effects of fat, especially saturated fat, in the presence of a high carbohyrate intake. The newest research being done shows dietary fat is not detrimental to the health when eaten in the context of a low carbohydrate intake. The research which highlights the safety, indeed the necessity in some cases, and the efficacy of carbohydrate restriction can no longer be denied or ignored.
